Played varsity level baseball at
West Seattle High School
for 4 years; awarded the honor of All Metro 1st Team during junior
and senior years.
Drafted out of high school by the Houston Astros; declined draft.
Played baseball at both Bellevue Community College and St.
Martin’s College.
Drafted out of college by the San Diego Padres.
Played professional baseball in both the Frontier and Canadian
baseball Leagues.
Trained and coached at University of Washington Baseball camps.
Trained and coached at the Arizona Diamondbacks and Jim Lefevre
Training Centers.
Billy Kehoe
Krush
Softball, in the Spring of 2004. The mission was simple, offer the
absolute best. Billy Kehoe started The Krush Hitting company and
its derivatives, Krush Baseball and Diamond Sport development
programs, to all who wanted to find their true potential in the
game.
Billy played high school and college ball in Arizona and Louisiana
before being drafted by the Oakland A's. After his playing days,
he coached High School baseball and football in Arizona before
coaching college baseball in Texas and Louisiana.
After his collegiate coaching experience, he started working
privately with high school, collegiate and professional
ballplayers.
Soon after the private instruction started he created the idea of
a FACT-BASED instructional and development programs. A year-long
study led to the birth of the Krush hitting company and its
derivatives soon followed.
Nearly 300 camps, clinics and speaking engagements later ... we
are opening up training facilities and sponsoring teams in 5
states ... with that same mission.
Nate Barnett
Hitting,
pitching, and mental skills coach residing in the
Puget Sound area in Washington State.
His collegiate career took place at George Fox University
where he finished with a career batting average of .467 and is the
all time career leader in home runs and runs batted in. He also
finished his collegiate career with over 20 wins as a pitcher.
After college, Nate signed with the Seattle Mariners Organization
as a first baseman and played locally for the Everett Aqua Sox.
After his professional career ended, Nate began coaching high
school as well as collegiate baseball. BMI Baseball, was founded
in an in 2007 to allow Nate to better serve the baseball
community.
David Moore
Former
collegiate player, current Horizon (AZ) high School hitting coach,
Krush Hitting Company’s hitting coordinator and catching
instructor.
Daniel Jahn, CSCS,
USAW
The
Co-Owner and Director of Training and Education of Maximum Sports
Conditioning, Daniel Jahn has been in and around sports training
for 11 years. He played baseball at the University of Washington
from 1997 until 2000 when a back injury ended his career. He was
hired as an assistant baseball coach at the UW, and as an intern
in the Husky weight room. He became a part-time assistant
strength coach the following year, and then full-time in 2002. He
was the head of Baseball, Softball, Swimming, and Volleyball, but
also worked extensively with Football, and helped with Basketball
and Soccer. In 2005, he became the head assistant strength coach
for the Husky Football team under Steve Emtman and later, Trent
Greener. Along with training hundreds of collegiate athletes, and
the 2005 NCAA National Championship Volleyball team at the UW, he
has trained professionals of all backgrounds ranging from Mixed
Martial Arts competitors to Olympic Snowboarders, held numerous
clinics and seminars for youth of all sports, performed
instructional training seminars for personal trainers, organized
and facilitated strength and conditioning coaches’ clinics,
organized summer baseball camps for kids, and is a part-time
columnist for STACK magazine (articles written appear in April 05,
Oct. 05, Nov. 05, Feb. 06). Most recently he was the Director of
Training and Education at Endzone Athletics, where he established
and operated countless programs for high school athletes. He is
also the author of the ‘College Preparation: Manual for Athletic
Success’ which is a workbook designed to prepare athletes for
college athletics.
Daniel is the Program Director and Lead Facilitator for two
programs in a non-profit organization called the Think Big
Foundation. One program, The Athletic Performance for Life
Program (which he created with Joel Jamieson, the owner of Endzone
Athletics), is a sports conditioning and development program for
high school students which is focused on life skill development,
athletic development, and the academic development. The Life
Coaching and Mentorship Program (which he also created) partners
with the University of Washington and brings Husky Athletes to
local middle schools to help prepare 7th and 8th
grade athletes for high school.
Daniel Jahn and his staff (we have 4 other coaches
of various backgrounds) will be conducting all training workouts.
Billy Boyer
Billy was a 4 year varsity letterman at Enumclaw
High School Graduation in 2003. He originally signed to attend the
University of Washington
before being drafted in 2003 by the California Angels. Billy is a
switch hitting infielder that has played at each professional
level reaching as high as triple A over the past 4 seasons in the
Angels organization.
